Olawoye Hails Aiyedatiwa’s Leadership as Ondo West SAs Applaud His Appointment

The Commissioner for Infrastructure, Lands and Housing in Ondo State, Engr. Ayorinde Abiola Olawoye FNSE, FNICE, has lauded Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for his visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to sustainable development. Olawoye made the remarks on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, during a courtesy visit by the Forum of Special Assistants (SAs) from Ondo West Local Government to his office. He emphasized that the Governor’s infrastructural agenda is already yielding visible results across the state and assured that no community will be left out in the wave of transformation.

Engr. Olawoye expressed profound gratitude to the Governor for the opportunity to serve, describing Gov. Aiyedatiwa as a leader with a clear sense of direction and a deep passion for inclusive development. He also lauded the forum for standing firmly behind the Governor’s OUR EASE Agenda, urging them to remain united and proactive in promoting the administration’s policies at the grassroots level. According to him, the state is poised to witness unprecedented growth under Governor Aiyedatiwa’s leadership, especially in infrastructure renewal and urban development.

Earlier, the Forum of Ondo West SAs, while speaking through their representatives, described Engr. Olawoye’s appointment as a reward for professionalism, dedication, and technical competence. They noted that Governor Aiyedatiwa made the right choice by entrusting the Ministry of Infrastructure, Lands and Housing to a seasoned technocrat with a proven track record in civil engineering and project execution. The forum reaffirmed their confidence in Olawoye’s capacity to deliver on the Governor’s mandate for impactful and people-centered development.

The visit ended with a renewed commitment from both parties to work in synergy for the progress of Ondo State. Engr. Olawoye assured the delegation that his office remains open to ideas, collaboration, and community-driven feedback that will help advance the infrastructure goals of the Aiyedatiwa-led administration.
