Ekiti South Stakeholders only Appreciate Adaramodu, Ojuawo not endorsement – Afuye
The Ekiti South Senatorial Secretary, Hon. Oluwaseun Afuye, has debunked reports claiming that stakeholders in the district have endorsed Senator Yemi Adaramodu and Hon. Adeniyi Ojuawo ahead of upcoming political engagements.
Hon. Afuye clarified that the stakeholders only appreciated the two leaders lead by senator adaramodu for their moral and financial support towards the re-election of Ekiti State Governor, Biodun Abayomi Oyebanji, and his deputy, Chief (Mrs.) Monisade Afuye, especially during critical periods.
According to him, the major focus of the stakeholders at this time is the successful re-election of Governor Oyebanji and his deputy, as well as the ongoing Continuous Voter Registration (CVR) and APC e-registration exercise.
Hon. Afuye called on party members and supporters across Ekiti South to come out en masse to participate in the registration exercise and to fully support the campaign of Governor Oyebanji and his deputy.
He reaffirmed that while Senator Adaramodu and Hon. Ojuawo are appreciated for their support, Ekiti South stakeholders have not endorsed any individual, adding that unity and mobilisation remain key to securing victory for the ruling party.
