Adeola Fynch Garn Support for Gov. Aiyedatiwa as Female Monarchs Declare support
The candidacy of Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa received a significant boost on Thursday, October 3rd, 2023, when Mrs. Adeola Rosemary Fynch hosted the Iyalobinrins; female community leaders from all Akure-speaking communities, in a meeting aimed at garnering their support.
Adeola, a Special Assistant to the Ondo State Governor emphasized the importance of their backing to ensure a decisive victory for Aiyedatiwa in the upcoming gubernatorial election.
During the event, Mrs. Adeola urged the female traditional leaders to mobilize their communities and rally support for the governor, highlighting the positive impact his administration has had on Akure. She praised Aiyedatiwa for his developmental strides and his commitment to appointing Akure Indigenes to key government positions. Adeola further called on the Iyalobinrins to actively contribute to securing a landslide victory for the governor.
APC chieftain Elder Tony Ala also lent his voice to the call for support, urging Akure residents to unite behind Aiyedatiwa. He praised the governor’s dedication to the community and the benefits the residents have enjoyed under his leadership.
In response, the Iyalobinrins, representing Akure South, Akure North, and Ifedore communities, pledged to amplify their support for Aiyedatiwa. They promised to spread the message of his accomplishments and potential future benefits within their communities and work towards securing massive votes for him in the November election.
The meeting was attended by prominent political figures, including Hon. Lateef Balogun, Hon. Tayo Abisola, and Hon. Ajayi Kunle Favour, Chairman of Ijare LCDA.
