AGBOFESSY MEDIA VOLUNTEER GROUP HOLDS STRATEGIC MEETING WITH PDP LEADERS
The Agbofessy Media Volunteer Group convened a crucial meeting with top leaders of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) at the party secretariat in Alagbaka, Akure, to strategize for the forthcoming election. Hon. Chief Michael Falas, convener of the group, accompanied by Hon. Wasiu Fasun, led the delegation, demonstrating their commitment to ensuring Agboola Ajayi’s success.
Prominent PDP leaders in attendance included Hon. Clement Faboyede, Director-General of the Ondo PDP Guber Campaign Committee; Hon. Bakita Bello, PDP Chairman in Ondo State; and Hon. Barr. Seye Olujimi, State Secretary. The meeting aimed to unite 18 Local Government Coordinators, fostering a collaborative environment to drive the campaign’s success.
Hon. Michael Falas outlined the group’s media-related activities, highlighting contributions of 500 branded caps, posters, 20 megaphones, three big billboards, and various branded souvenirs to the Agbofessy Campaign. This gesture underscores his dedication to promoting Agboola Ajayi’s candidacy ¹. To intensify house-to-house campaigns, Falas donated additional megaphones to Ondo State’s three senatorial districts.
Barr. Olujimi Seye Asiwaju, PDP Secretary, urged coordinators to maintain their momentum, leveraging the group’s inherent unity. “Your dedication is crucial to our victory,” he emphasized. Hon. Bakita Bello, PDP Chairman, praised Falas’s initiative, stating, “The challenge before us is to win the election, so Falas and his team can witness the party’s appreciation.”Said Bakita.
