Ondo Surveyors and Valuers Laud Engr. Olawoye’s Dedication to professional Ethics

The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), Ondo State Branch, has commended Engr. Ayorinde Olawoye, FNSE, Special Adviser to the Governor on Infrastructure, Lands, and Housing, for his humility, professionalism, and dedication to service. During a courtesy visit to his office, the delegation led by the branch chairman, ESV. Akinlabi Akintomide, described Engr. Olawoye as a thorough professional who embodies the qualities needed in leadership. “We want people like you at the helm of affairs,” Akintomide stated. 

The association emphasized the need for collaborative efforts between professionals and the government, particularly in areas such as acquisition, compensation, and the effective delivery of public projects. ESV. Akintomide noted that their visit was aimed at strengthening partnerships to ensure transparency and efficiency in the implementation of infrastructural developments. He also congratulated Engr. Olawoye on his well-deserved appointment, pledging the association’s full support for his work. 

In his response, Engr. Olawoye reaffirmed that Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa remains focused on delivering maximum infrastructure development across Ondo State.

He expressed the administration’s commitment to inclusive governance while emphasizing the importance of engaging professionals in their respective areas of expertise to achieve sustainable development. He urged the members of NIESV to uphold integrity and align with global best practices in their dealings, especially in matters of valuation and compensation.
