Owo/Ose 2027: Hon. OGO Bows to Party Consensus‎

‎…My Decision to Step Down in the Interest of Party Unity and Progress

‎I, Chief Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare (OGO), wish to formally announce my withdrawal from the race to represent the good people of Owo/Ose Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives in 2027.

‎This decision was not made lightly. However, after careful consideration and wide consultations, I have chosen to abide by the collective decision of our great party, the All Progressives Congress (APC).

‎As loyal party members, we must always recognize that party supremacy supersedes personal ambition. The strength of our party lies in our unity, discipline, and commitment to a shared vision for progress.

‎As a steadfast loyalist of our amiable Governor, who remains the leader of our party in Ondo State, I fully align with and accept the consensus arrangement adopted by the party. I believe strongly that this decision is in the overall interest of our party and the continued development of our state and nation.

‎I remain committed to the ideals and objectives of the APC, and I will continue to contribute my quota towards strengthening the party at all levels. I assure our leaders and members that I will work assiduously for the success and victory of our great party in the 2027 general elections.

‎To my teeming supporters, I extend my heartfelt gratitude for your unwavering support, belief, and dedication throughout this journey. I urge you all to remain calm, steadfast, and committed to the party. Let us channel our energy towards ensuring victory for the APC and sustaining the progress we all desire.

‎Together, we shall achieve more.

‎Thank you, and God bless.

‎E-Signed:
‎Chief Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare (OGO)
‎Imoru/Arimogija 10, Ose Local Government, Ondo State.
‎01/05/2026.
