Ondo Assembly Receives Governor Aiyedatiwa’s List of 12 Commissioner Nominees, Screening Begins June 19

The Ondo State House of Assembly has received the letter from Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa nominating 12 individuals as Commissioner nominee. The letter was read during a plenary sitting by the Clerk of the House, Barr. Jaiyeola Benjamin.

The Majority Leader, Hon. (Chief) Oshati Olatunji, moved a motion for the letter to be committed to the committee of the whole house for thorough screening.

As your representatives, we assured the people of Ondo State that we will conduct a thorough screening before confirmation. The screening is scheduled to commence fromThursday at 9 am.

The screening schedule for the 12 Commissioner nominee is as follows.

• Thursday, 19th June 2025 (9am) ° Hon Sunday Olajide.
  °Alhaji Amidu Takuro.
  °Olaolu Akindolire.
  ° Proff Igbekele Ajibefun

•Friday,20th June 2025 (9am)

° Hon Dr Oluwaseun Abosede Osamaye.
°Otunba Wale Akinlosotu
° Hon Ayodele Akande
° Dr Tob Loko.

•Monday,23rd June 2025 (9am)

° Mr Idowu Ajanaku.
°Engr Alabi Johnson
° Engr Ayorinde Abiola Olawoye.
°Mr Omoyofunmi Segun Henry.

The Commissioner nominee are therefore advise to come with their valid certificate and updated curriculum vitae of at least 40 copies each.
