EFCC Declares Kano Indigene Wanted for Alleged $1.9m Fraud

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has declared Rabiu Auwalu Tijjani, a 43-year-old indigene of Dala Local Government Area of Kano State, wanted over alleged involvement in a $1.93 million fraud.

In a statement issued by the EFCC spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, the commission said Tijjani is wanted for conspiracy, obtaining money by false pretence, and money laundering amounting to $1,931,700.12.

According to the commission, Tijjani’s last known address is 59 Murtala Muhammed Way, Kano State, but his current whereabouts are unknown.
