Chief Ogundare Bags Another Humanitarian Merit Award

Chief Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare (OGO), a multi-award-winning philanthropist and prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), added another feather to his cap on Sunday, August 25th, 2024. Ogundare was honored with the Ose Fireball/Humanitarian Icon Award in recognition of his significant philanthropic contributions and unwavering dedication to the development of his community.

The award was presented during the Chronicle Magazine’s 11th Anniversary, Award, and Lecture event, held at OSPDC Ijapo First Gate in Akure. The event, widely anticipated across Ondo State, is known as the Ose Fireballs Lecture and Award and serves as a platform to celebrate individuals who have made remarkable impacts in their communities through hard work, leadership, creativity, and philanthropy.

Chief Ogundare, who hails from Imoru in Ose Local Government, has long been celebrated for his charitable activities through The Ogundare’s Foundation. As the Aare Gbobaniyi of Upenmen Kingdom and the Mayegun of Usoland, Chief Ogundare’s influence extends beyond his philanthropic work.
