Ondo 2024: Emmanuel Aje, OSMD Movement Convener, Urges Aiyedatiwa, Other Political Leaders to Guarantee Peaceful Elections

Emmanuel Aje, Convener of the Ondo Si Ma Dara (OSMD) Movement a leading GoodGovernance, Youth Empowerment and CivicParticipation Organization in Ondo State, is calling on Governor Aiyedatiwa and the 17 other governorship candidates in the upcoming November 16 elections in Ondo State to prioritize peace and promote a violence-free electoral process. Aje urges the candidates to not only commit to peaceful campaigns but also to spread the message of peace to their followers and party faithful across all 18 local government areas of the state.

By doing so, the candidates can create an environment conducive to free and fair elections, ensuring that the democratic process reflects the will of the people. The OSMD Movement emphasizes that peace is essential for the development and progress of Ondo State, and it is the responsibility of all stakeholders to ensure that the elections are peaceful and credible.

The OSMD Movement also encourages Governor Aiyedatiwa and other candidates to engage in respectful campaigning and debate, focusing on issues rather than personalities.
