Eid-ul-Adha: OGO Felicitates Muslims, Calls for Unity, Sacrifice, and Shared Prosperity
Chief Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare (OGO), a chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ondo State has extended heartfelt felicitations to Muslim faithful in Owo/Ose and across Ondo State on the occasion of Eid-ul-Adha, urging them to reflect on the lessons of sacrifice, obedience, and unwavering faith in God.
In a statement personally signed by him, OGO emphasized the significance of the festival, describing it as “a time to deepen our spiritual values, show compassion to one another, and renew our commitment to the common good.”
“Eid-ul-Adha teaches us that in giving, we grow; in sacrificing, we rise; and in faith, we find strength,” OGO stated. “This season reminds us all, regardless of faith or background, of the power of selflessness, the strength in unity, and the importance of building a society where love, peace, and mutual respect prevail.”
While congratulating the Muslim Ummah, Ogundare called on the people to use the celebration as an opportunity to reach out to the less privileged and pray for the peace, progress, and prosperity of Nigeria.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to community development advocacy, pledging to continue championing initiatives that promote social welfare, and youth empowerment.
“May this season bring you and your loved ones joy, peace, and divine blessings. Eid Mubarak!” he concluded.
