Aisha Buhari, Family Relocate to Late President’s Kaduna Residence

Former First Lady Aisha Buhari and members of her family have relocated from Daura, Katsina State, to the Kaduna residence of her late husband, ex-President Muhammadu Buhari.

The new residence, located in Ungwan Rimi GRA, Kaduna, was where Buhari lived before travelling to London for medical treatment during his presidency.

On Sunday, Aisha Buhari and her family arrived at the Nigerian Air Force Base in Kaduna and were received by the Deputy Governor of Kaduna State, Dr. Hadiza Balarabe, and the Majority Leader of the State House of Assembly, Hon. Munira Tanimu.

The move comes months after the former president settled in Kaduna following nearly two years of retirement in Daura after leaving office in May 2023.
