Reports Linking CharaKids Foundation to Trace Project/Sunview Seminar Are False – Management

Our attention has been drawn to a news publication currently circulating on social media, falsely linking CharaKids Foundation to a program allegedly organized by Trace Project in August 2025.

We would like to state clearly that:

  1. CharaKids Foundation has no connection or partnership with Trace Project. We have never worked with or associated ourselves with this organization in any form.
  2. The last outreach we held was our Children’s Day Program in May 2025 at Emure-ile, Owo, Ondo State. Since then, we have not conducted or participated in any other outreach, seminar, or program.
  3. Our focus as a foundation is strictly within the scope of SDGs 2, 3, and 4 (Zero Hunger, Good Health & Well-being, and Quality Education). We do not engage in Child Advocacy programs or issues relating to Child Labour, as these are outside the mission and vision of our organization.
  4. Any publication, report, or statement linking CharaKids Foundation with the said program is false, misleading, and should be disregarded.

We remain committed to our vision of putting smiles on children’s faces by supporting their well-being, education, and health. Our activities are transparent and verifiable via our official platforms.

Signed,
Management, CharaKids Foundation
