Eid-Ul-Mawlid: Chief Ogundare Greets Muslims, Preach Love, Unity
Chief Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressive Congress (APC) in Ondo State, has extended warm greetings to Muslims on the occasion of this year’s Eid-Ul-Mawlid, marking the birth of Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
In his message, Chief Ogundare acknowledged the significance of the celebration and encouraged Muslims to reflect on the values and teachings of the Prophet.
In his statement, Chief Ogundare emphasized the importance of embracing the principles of compassion, kindness, and peace taught by the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). He said, “On this blessed Eid-Ul-Mawlid, let us embrace the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) – compassion, kindness, and peace. May this day inspire us to live with love and unity, and may the light of his guidance fill our hearts.”
He further urged Muslims to use the occasion as an opportunity to foster love, unity, and harmony within their communities and across the nation. Chief Ogundare called for reflection on the Prophet’s life and teachings as a guiding light, particularly during times of challenges and uncertainty.
OGO, the APC chieftain concluded his message by wishing all Muslims a peaceful and joyous Eid-Ul-Mawlid celebration. He prayed that the blessings of the occasion fill their lives with peace, prosperity, and spiritual fulfillment.
