Hon. Ogundare Leads Support Group as APC Campaign Train Lands in Owo
In the final stretch of the Ondo State governorship campaign, Chief Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC), led his support group, the OGO Progressive Forum (OPF), in Owo yesterday to welcome and rally support for Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.
Gov. Aiyedatiwa, the APC candidate in the upcoming November 16 election, was joined by his running mate, Chief Olayide Adelami, and other party leaders as they canvassed for votes in Owo Local Government Area.
The APC campaign train was met with a significant turnout of party supporters and community members as Ogundare and his team reinforced the party’s message of continuity and development. During the rally, Gov. Aiyedatiwa addressed the crowd, emphasizing the importance of their vote in ensuring sustained progress for the state. He highlighted key aspects of his administration, including improved healthcare, infrastructure, and job opportunities.
Speaking to journalists after the rally, Chief Ogundare expressed strong confidence in the APC’s chances, predicting a landslide victory. “The people of Owo and Ondo State at large are ready to vote for progress and stability,” Ogundare stated. He appealed to all eligible voters and his supporters to turn out en masse on election day, emphasizing that every vote counts in the push for continued development under APC leadership.
Ogundare’s support group, OPF, has played a prominent role in mobilizing grassroots support across Owo and Ose Local governments, organizing meetings and outreach programs to encourage voters turnout for the APC.
