CBN to Unveil Redesigned Website on Monday

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced the unveiling of its newly redesigned website which is set to go live on Monday 2nd of December.

This was announced by the Acting Director of Corporate Communications of the apex bank, Hakama Sidi Ali in a statement on Sunday.

According to the statement, the new website is aimed at improving user experience.

“The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) is pleased to announce the launch of its newly redesigned website, www.cbn.gov.ng.

“The new website will go live on Monday, December 2, 2024, and comes with a host of new features and enhancements aimed at improving user experience.

She revealed that the newly revamped website was developed in-house using the latest stable release of Microsoft .NET Core 8 and a contemporary Web API.

“The redesign is focused on broadening the scope of content about the CBN’s mandate, with enhanced accessibility for mobile devices and web browsers.” the statement read.
