It is with a heavy heart and deep sense of loss that I, Hon. Oluwole Emmanuel Ogunmolasuyi, Majority Leader of the Ondo State House of Assembly, join the people of Ondo State in mourning the untimely demise of Mr Tayo Oluwatuyi, fondly called “Tuykana,” the esteemed Secretary to the Ondo State Government.

Mr Oluwatuyi’s passing is an irreplaceable loss not only to his family but also to the Ondo State Government, where his exemplary service, dedication, and unwavering commitment to the growth and progress of our state left an indelible mark. His tenure as Secretary to the State Government was characterized by a steadfast dedication to duty, unparalleled administrative acumen, and a genuine passion for public service that earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues, peers, and the entire Ondo State community.

Ondo SSG

On behalf of my family and the good people of Owo Local Government , I extend my deepest sympathies to Mr. Oluwatuyi’s bereaved family. Our thoughts and prayers are with his wife, children, and loved ones during this moment of immense grief. May the Almighty God grant them the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

I also offer my heartfelt condolences to His Excellency, Hon. Lucky Aiyedatiwa, the Governor of Ondo State, who has lost a trusted ally and dedicated public servant. The entire Ondo State Government mourns this monumental loss, as Mr. Oluwatuyi’s leadership, wisdom, and service were pivotal to the smooth functioning of our government. His counsel and contributions will be sorely missed.

To the good people of Akure, we share in your sorrow and stand united in honouring a man who devoted his life to public service, community development, and the betterment of our great state. Tuykana was not only a public figure but also a man of the people, humble, approachable, and profoundly committed to the welfare of those he served.

While words may be insufficient to express the depth of our sorrow, let us take solace in the knowledge that Mr Oluwatuyi’s legacy of integrity, service, and dedication will continue to inspire us. His remarkable contributions to Ondo State will never be forgotten.

As we bid farewell to a great son of Akure, may his soul rest in perfect peace, and may the perpetual light of the Almighty shine upon him.
