Tribunal Victory: Hon. Adeola Fynch Congratulates Governor Aiyedatiwa, Deputy Adelami

The Secretary to Akure South Local Government, Hon. Adeola Rosemary Fynch, has extended heartfelt congratulations to the Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, and his deputy, Dr. Olayide Adelami, MNI, following their resounding victory at the Ondo State Governorship Election Tribunal. The tribunal, in its ruling, upheld the legitimacy of the electoral process that brought the duo into office, describing the election as free, fair, and conducted in substantial compliance with the Electoral Act and constitutional provisions.

Hon. Adeola, a staunch member of the All Progressives Congress (APC), expressed confidence in the judiciary for reaffirming the people’s mandate. “After the unprecedented victory at the polls where our party emerged victorious across all 18 local government areas, I am not surprised by the tribunal’s verdict. The 2024 governorship election was conducted transparently and won in accordance with the law,” she stated, lauding the tribunal for standing firm on the side of justice and democratic integrity.

She further prayed for the continued wisdom, strength, and discernment for Governor Aiyedatiwa as he pilots the affairs of the state. Hon. Adeola also called on the good people of Ondo State to remain steadfast in their support for the administration, emphasizing that the government remains committed to delivering the dividends of democracy through people-centered policies and sustainable development initiatives.
