Hon. OGO Congratulates Olowo of Owo on Inauguration as Chairman, Ondo State Council of Obas

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo State, Chief Oluwaseyi Gabriel Ogundare, has extended heartfelt congratulations to His Imperial Majesty, Oba Ajibade Gbadegesin Ogunoye III, the Olowo of Owo, on his inauguration as Chairman of the Ondo State Council of Obas.

In a special statement released to newsmen, Hon. OGO described the appointment as a well-deserved honour and a clear reflection of the monarch’s unwavering dedication to the peace and development of not only Owo Kingdom but the entire state. He noted that Oba Ogunoye has, over time, distinguished himself as a revered voice and proactive custodian of tradition whose leadership inspires progress.

He commended Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa for recognizing excellence and merit by appointing a first-class monarch like the Olowo to lead the traditional institution in the state. According to him, the governor’s decision is yet another example of his visionary leadership and respect for the traditional system as a vital component of governance and community development.

Hon. OGO concluded by praying for more divine wisdom, strength, and long life for the Olowo of Owo as he assumes this exalted role, expressing confidence that his reign as Chairman of the Council of Obas will usher in unity, progress, and a renewed sense of purpose among traditional rulers across the state.
