NCWS Hails Hon. Adeola’s Commitment to Development
The National Council of Women Societies (NCWS) has commended the Secretary to Akure South Local Government, Hon. Adeola Fynch, for her sustained commitment to inclusive development across and beyond the council area.
During a courtesy visit to her office, the NCWS delegation praised the Secretary’s focus on community welfare, women’s empowerment, and grassroots service delivery.
The Council noted that recent initiatives championed by Hon. Fynch, spanning health outreach, support for girl-child education, and empowerment, reflect a practical approach to governance that directly impacts households and small businesses.
NCWS leaders also outlined areas for collaboration, including vocational training for women, access to microcredit for petty traders, and advocacy against gender-based violence.
Responding, Hon. Adeola reaffirmed the administration’s readiness to partner with credible civic groups to deepen social impact in Akure South. She pledged continued support for programmes that enhance livelihoods, improve basic infrastructure, and expand opportunities for women and youth.
