Professor Mahmood Yakubu Steps Down, May Agbamuche Takes Over as Acting INEC Chairman

*Professor Mahmood Yakubu hands over to May Agbamuche as the Acting National Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).*

Agbamuche, the oldest serving National Commissioner in the electoral body, will be in charge of INEC until the appointment of a substantive   by President Tinubu.
