Temi Otedola: Mr Eazi once emailed me about being upset while we were in the same room

Temi Otedola has shared how she and her husband, Mr Eazi, handle communication during disagreements.

Speaking on a recent episode of their podcast, Temi revealed that her husband sometimes prefers to express his feelings through messages, even when they are in the same room.

She recounted an incident where Mr Eazi sent her a lengthy email explaining why he was upset, rather than addressing the issue directly. Temi said the situation frustrated her, especially as she had repeatedly asked if something was wrong.

She explained that while reading the message, she became increasingly upset and found it difficult to continue. According to her, she would prefer face-to-face communication, describing it as more appropriate when both partners are physically together.

In response, Mr Eazi said writing helps him communicate difficult emotions more clearly and calmly. He noted that speaking in the moment can sometimes make him sound harsher than intended, whereas writing allows him to reflect and choose his words carefully.

The couple began dating in 2017 and got engaged in April 2023. In 2025, they held a three-part wedding across Monaco, Dubai, and Iceland, reportedly costing around $15 million.
