City Boy Movement commends minister for support in Ondo
The City Boy Movement (CBM) in Ondo State has commended the Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande, for his support for the group’s activities in the state ahead of the 2027 general elections.
In a statement issued by the State Director, Oluwafemi Ayejusunle, the movement said Olawande had gone beyond political expectations by identifying with youth structures at the grassroots.
Ayejusunle said the minister had equipped the group’s office with modern gadgets and donated a utility vehicle to improve its mobility and operations.
He added that by providing a conducive working environment, Olawande had enabled the movement to carry out its activities more efficiently and professionally.
According to him, the new office would provide members with the necessary space to plan, coordinate and execute programmes aimed at benefiting youths across the state.
The CBM director also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, describing him as a leader whose achievements could be promoted across the country.
He said the President had performed well in several sectors of the economy and governance.
Ayejusunle further described Olawande as a youth-friendly minister whose interventions had made the movement’s work easier and positioned it for greater impact in Ondo State ahead of the 2027 elections.
