Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu Congratulates Newly Inaugurated Local Government Chairmen, Charges Them on Service Delivery

Today marked the official inauguration of the newly elected Local Government Chairmen across the 18 Local Government Areas of Ondo State. The grand ceremony, held at The Dome, Akure, was attended by dignitaries, government officials, and stakeholders committed to grassroots development.

Addressing the press, the Senior Special Assistant on Student Affairs to the Ondo State Governor, Hon. Kevin Solomon Olaolu, extended heartfelt congratulations to all newly sworn-in local government leaders. He particularly used Barr. C.K. Ojo, Chairman of Ose Local Government, as a point of contact to commend their dedication and service to their communities.

Hon. Olaolu emphasized the vital role of local government administrators as the closest representatives of the people, urging them to prioritize service delivery, transparency, and grassroots development. He highlighted the importance of engaging with communities, addressing local challenges, and implementing policies that directly improve the lives of the people.

“As the government closest to the people, you are the bridge between the administration and the masses. Your leadership must reflect a commitment to service, development, and progress,” he stated.

He further assured them of continuous collaboration and support from the state government in ensuring a smooth and impactful administration at the grassroots level.
