Adeola Fynch Charges Women to Build Leadership Capacity, Maximize Opportunities

Hon. Adeola Rosemary Fynch, the frontline candidate for Member, Ondo State House of Assembly, Akure South Constituency 1, has charged women across Ondo State to continuously develop their skills, strengthen their leadership capacity, and cultivate the right attitudes needed to maximize the opportunities provided by the administration of the Governor of Ondo State, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa.

Hon. Adeola gave the charge at a Women Leadership Capacity Building Workshop organised by the Office of the Ondo State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development. She stressed that effective leadership goes beyond occupying a position, noting that leaders must possess the right attitude, knowledge, skills, and resources to effectively lead and cater to the wellbeing of those they represent. She urged women to embrace continuous learning, self-development, discipline, and responsible leadership, while taking advantage of the various opportunities available to them under the present administration.

According to her, women have a critical role to play in the development of their communities and the state at large, and must therefore be adequately prepared to occupy leadership spaces and make meaningful contributions to society. She further encouraged women to support one another, remain committed to personal and collective growth, and use their leadership positions to create positive impact.

Hon. Adeola reaffirmed her commitment to advocating for inclusive leadership and greater opportunities for women, stressing that empowering women with the right knowledge, skills, and leadership values remains essential to building stronger families, communities, and a more prosperous Ondo State.
